On May 3rd we had our first colt which we named Kobus and not even a full 24 hours later we had our second colt named Lerik.
About Us
We are a small breeding operation based in the heart of Iowa. We are members of FPS and FHANA. Our horses were imported from the Netherlands in 2009. They have been a wonderful addition to the family. We are a group of Friesian lovers that developed out of the saddleseat world. The more of them we saw compete, the more we were drawn to them.
Our goal is to maintain the integrity of the breed, while we select for horses with sport aptitude and gentle dispositions. We take our direction from the FPS and the detailed way they evaluate there breed. With the vast amount of data collected every year by the studbook, it is a great tool in selection of stallions for our breeding program.
